Razor barbed tape is a kind of modern security fencing materials fabricated with razor-sharp steel blade and high-tensile wire. Barbed Tape can be installed to achieve the result of frightening and stopping to the aggressive perimeter intruders, with piecing and cutting razor blades mounted at the top of the wall, also the special designs making climbing and touching extremely difficult. The wire and strip are galvanized to prevent corrosion.

Barbed Tape Concertina (CBT);Barbed Tape Obstacle (BTO)  Standard materials are either galvanized or stainless steel.  Standard packages products are shown in the tables above, special specifications available on request.

Razor wire is supplied in the shape of tapes or ribbons and hence, it is called razor wire ribbons or razor ribbons. Razor wire ribbons offer a practical deterrent to would be intruders. Razor wire is available with a choice of medium and ultra barbs. The ultra barb wire incorporates a high tensile reinforced band for maximum strength and elongated barbs for added difference.

Razor Ribbon barbed tape is engineered for consistency in structure and material composition, and conforms to federal, state, and industrial specifications. All barbed tape products are manufactured from exceptionally tough, high quality stainless steel components. Razor Ribbon barbed tape is available in single coil and single or double coil concertina. It is specifically designed to provide maximum perimeter security for a wide variety of applications.

Razor ribbon is one of our major razor wire strip products. We manufacture two types of razor wire ribbons - Galvanized & Stainless Steel. The loops are normally not clipped together in concertina fashion. This allows the razor wire coil to be installed in any distance between loops, depending on the security desired, the most common being 18" or 450mm.

Razor wire ribbon is a kind of galvanized steel wire tape, with two-sided blades with symmetrical arrangement. The galvanized steel wire diameter is of 2.5 millimeters, reinforced to 5mm in diameter. The most important feature of razor concertina wire is that its construction is able to maintain its structure.

When ordering the concertina each loop shall be clipped. The adjacent loop 3- 5 -7 or 9 times equally spaced around the circumference to provide the concertina effect. The clips are made of 0.065" × 0.0375 stainless steel capable of withstanding a minimum pull load of 200lbs.

Razor ribbons are available in standard coils and flat coils forms. The new flat coil wire is ideal for installation above walls and fences and forms a much less bulky barrier than traditional spiral coil wire.

Material applied for razor ribbons: Galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet.

Razor wire ribbons can be installed in the form of barbed tape wire or concertina coil to walls or fencings.

                            

Razor wire ribbon coil is manufactured in 3 diameters - 18" - 24" - 36" (450-600-750mm). It is fabricated from A 1" (26mm) wide and 0.020" (0.50mm) thick strip of G 90 galvanized material or 430 stainless steel. Clusters of 4 needle sharp barbs are located 4" (100mm) on center around each coil loop. Each barb is 1.2 when measured from the center of the cluster. The coil is cold pressed 230o around A 0.091 (2.3mm) diameter high tensile galvanized or stainless steel core wire. Galvanized steel wire materials can operate in an open air temperature of -50 ~ 50 centigrade, and it can function under the impact of rain, fog, snow, dust and strong wind loads. The design is very easy to assemble and install, allowing the repeated use of it, for example, on construction sites.
